Congrats to mental health speaker Dr Alex George, who will be releasing a new book in September called 'Happy Habits - 7 Steps to Build a Happy Life.'

Written for young people aged 9 and above to strengthen mental fitness, feel more confident navigating life’s ups and downs, and build habits for life, the book covers topics ranging from friendships and feelings to stress, sleep, and self-esteem. It is packed with practical tools, positive habits, and simple steps to support and empower children as they grow.
