Nicolas Hamilton.
Nicolas (Nic) Hamilton is a professional racing driver, disability campaigner, and author.
Born with cerebral palsy, which affects the movement of his leg muscles, Nic was told as a child that he would never walk and would spend his life reliant on a wheelchair. Refusing to accept those limitations, he defied the odds through determination and relentless training, eventually walking unaided and pursuing his dream of becoming a professional racing driver like his brother, seven-time Formula 1 World Champion Sir Lewis Hamilton. In one of the world’s most competitive sports, Nic has proven himself as a formidable contender and a symbol of resilience, redefining what is possible through courage and perseverance.
Beyond the racetrack, Nic is dedicated to inspiring others to challenge their own barriers. He shares his powerful story of overcoming adversity and his core belief that ambition is limited only by attitude. In 2024, he published his first book, Now That I Have Your Attention: 7 Lessons in Leading a Life, offering an insight into the mindset and motivation that have driven his remarkable journey.
